The Certificate of Entitlement to the Right of Abode allows you to live and work in the UK free of immigration control, which means:

  • There’s no limit on the length of time you can spend in the country.

Proud Grandparents
ANCESTRY VISA

UK Ancestry visa entitles a Commonwealth citizen, who has a grandparent born in the UK, to gain entry to the UK. This visa will permit you to take up or seek employment and eventually settle in the UK.

The main advantage of the UK Ancestry visa is that there are no work restrictions. At the end of a five-year period on this visa, you can qualify to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).

YOUTH MOBILITY VISA

If you are aged between 18-30, single with no dependants, you can apply for a YMS Visa. This allows you to work and holiday in the UK for two years from the date of first entry. Any time spent out of the country after that still counts as part of your two years. No extensions can be applied for.

START-UP VISA

Start-up visa operates outside of the UK immigration Points Based System. This is a replacement of Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa. This new immigration route allows non-EU citizens to set up a business in UK. To qualify, the applicant first has to get his/her business idea endorsed by an authorised body. The Start-up visa is granted for two years, but it is possible to switch to Innovator visa category. The advantage of the Start-up visa is that there are no investment requirements or the need for the involvement of a UK employer.

HEALTH AND CARE WORKER VISA

A Health and Care Worker visa allows medical professionals to come to or stay in the UK to do an eligible job with the NHS, an NHS supplier or in adult social care. This visa is open to qualified doctors, nurses and other health and adult social care professionals.

 

The Health and Care Worker Visa can lead to settlement in the UK after 5 years and applicants can be joined by dependent partners and children.
